§ 20. Constitutionality.

Each section of this act and each part of each section are hereby declared to be independent sections and parts of sections, and if any section, sentence, clause or provision of this act shall be held or declared to be unconstitutional or void it shall not affect or destroy the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or provision of this act which is not of itself void and unconstitutional.
