§ 19. Adoption and Printing of Regulations.

The Board shall adopt and have printed such rules and regulations as it may deem proper and in accordance with the provisions of this act. Said rules and regulations and all amendments thereafter adopted shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk and open for public inspection. No amendment thereto shall become effective until notice of its adoption has been given to the public for 30 days by posting a copy of the same in the vestibule of the municipal building.
