§ 90-4. Failure to maintain protection at crossings.

Any person authorized to run railroad trains over or across any of the streets, avenues or alleys of the city who fails when ordered by the city council to erect gates or guards, or to station flagmen or to maintain lights at any crossing, shall, on conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-7 of this Code.
