§ 2-46. Preparation, distribution of minutes and agenda.

The clerk of the council shall prepare and furnish copies of the minutes of the previous meeting and shall also prepare and furnish an agenda of the next meeting of the council to each member of the council by Friday of the next succeeding meeting of the council.
